But she loves this litter and will consistently use it! I had great hopes for this product after reading the reviews. But after 10 days my 14 year old cat has not even put a foot in her litter box. I have had problems with her over the past 14 months. She did have a UTI which was treated and she consistently used her box for 7 weeks but then started peeing on the carpet. Lately she pees right next to her boxes and every vgonce in awhile she pees in the box with her old corn based litter.
I am at my wit's end and was really hoping this litter would solve my problem. I bought this when I took in yet another rescue animal from outside. She is totally deaf and would not have made it outside. She refused to use the four boxes already here and I bought this as a last resort, not really believing it would make a difference.
She immediately began using it, and hasn't failed to use it since! The other cats prefer it too. I did add the Ultra Attract as well, just to be sure. Took her exactly one day for her to start using the litter. Would definitely recommend. My sweet torty was intimidated by one of our other cats and was going under the beds instead of using the litter box. Cat Attract really saved us because we were desperate to help her and save our floors. She now uses the litter box again with no issues. The only reason for not giving it five stars is that the odor control is not as good as our other litter, but it is a small price to pay.
